Bowling For Columbine	Documentary	A MUST SEE ! Michel Moore does a documentary on gun shootings in the US compared to other countries. VERY informative, and interesting. Interviews with gun owners, NRA members, Charlton Heston, Marilyn Manson, Dick Clark, George W. Bush and many more are included in the film. Michel even goes to Canada to compare their gun shootings to the US. The main question posed in the film is this: Why are there SO many more gun related killings in the US verses other counties? I guarantee some of the reasons you are thinking are wrong.	10
Domestic Disturbance	Suspense / Thriller	John Travolta is a divorced father who has a hard time dealing with his sons new step dad. His son tells him that his step dad has killed a man. Travolta struggles to believe him and investigates the mans past. The son deals with his fear of his step dad, and Travolta not listening. Decent plotline, good acting.	6
Donnie Darko	SciFi / Mystery	Very twisted and psychotic. A boy sees a demented man in a bunny costume that tells him to do things. He has trouble discerning what's real and what's in his head. Has alot of plot twists that keep you wondering right up to the end.	6.5
Frailty	Murder / Thriller	Men struggle to keep their sanity and their faith. Told by god to kill demons disguised as humans. Or are they? Two sons must decide what is right, and weather to obey their father and help him in his quest.	7.5
Harts War	War / Drama	Bruce Willis and his troops are prisoners in a war camp. They try to follow the rules as they devise ways out. Very good drama added to the film with the friendships made during their stay, and the heartbreak of loosing fellow soldiers. Very good surprise ending.	8
Heist	Theft / Action	Great movie about a team of robbers that heist a load of gold. They try to keep everyone on their team on task and on their side. Gene Hackman is the leader of the group, and struggles to pull off the heist without any problems, while at the same time trying to figure out who is really on his side. Gene plays a cool, calm, and collected part well.	8
Insomnia	Suspense / Thriller	Robin Williams plays another role outside his usual as a mysterious strange man in a small town.. Al Pacino suspects Robin of a killing. Robin plays the role perfectly as usual. Not very predictable.	7.5
I Spy	Comedy / Action	Eddie Murphy and Owen Wilson work well together. Owen is a second rate spy, and Eddie is a top boxer. Neither want to work with other at first, but grow on each other. Eddie is shooting off his mouth as usual with his fast talking humor. The pairs antics together reminded me of Owen and Jacky in Shanghai Noon.	5.5
John Q	Suspense / Emotional	Denzel Washington plays an unstable father who takes a hospital's emergency room hostage after he's told they can't give his son the heart transplant he needs because of insurance problems. Points out real life flaws in the hospital and insurance system. Denzel struggles with doing what he needs to save his son, and what is the right thing to do. Touches on real life feelings and urges toward a desperate situation.	6
Minority Report	SciFi	Tom Cruise plays a cop in the future where we can foresee murders that are about to take effect, and arrest the person before the crime is committed. Tom is himself said to be one of these future murders. He must find out why and how this has happened. Very good at keeping you guessing as to the way things will go and how it will end. With many plat twist. Good action scenes and special effects.	8.5
Not Just Another Teen Movie	Comedy	Very funny parody of the usual teen movie. Filled with dark, sexual related humor, and over the top remarks.	6
One Hour Photo	Suspense / Thriller	Robin Williams plays a Very believable mentally troubled 1 hour photo developer. Who is obsessed with a customers family. I liked seeing Robin play a different type of character than his usual funny wild de meaner. With a couple surprises on how far things are taken in the end.	9
Panic Room	Hostage / Thriller	A woman and child are trapped in their homes panic room by robbers. Problem is, the loot is in the panic room. Becomes somewhat of a stand off, trade off. Does seem to get "slow" here and there due to having only take place in a single home. Little twist to the end.	5
Pearl Harbor	Action / War	Very Action Packed in the second half. Very good explosion effects. Decent Actors. Portrays honor, bravery, and heroism. A torn Love story is added to the drama.	6
Red Dragon	Murder / Thriller	A remake of the original Red Dragon, the first of the Hannibal movies. This new version is better in my opinion in many ways. Foremost is the better cast. Anthony Hopkins plays the doctor that detective, Edward Norton, seeks help profiling the killer. The movie is still entertaining even though if you saw the original and know what is going to happen.	8
Requiem for a Dream	Drama	Jennifer Connelly and her boyfriend are drug addicts that spend most of their time finding their next fix. Jennifer tries to get clean but cant cope. Withdraws and arguments drive the two apart on their separate ways. Both end up taking drastic measures to get their next fix. Jennifer resorts to doing "favors" for a sex crazed dealer and his friends. The life of the boyfriends mother is the second conflict in the film. She is on antidepressants and weight lose pills, that eventually drive her insane from constantly over dosing. Some good camera tricks and cinema photography.	7
Signs	SciFi	Very interesting and sometimes scary reality check if aliens ever were to come to Earth. Deals with mankind's faith toward God in relation to knowing life exists outside of our own. Sightings occur around the world, followed by people being captured and even killed. Mel Gibson tries to protect his farm, house and family. Very creepy and dark feel to the film.	6.5
Stealing Harvard	Comedy	Simply hilarious. Tom Green is as funny as every trying to help his friend round up the money he promised his niece to got Harvard. They try a few different ways of stealing the money, none of them seem to work out well.	6
Trapped	Kidnap / Drama	Kevin Bacon plays a kidnapper that thinks he has the perfect foolproof plan. Its not his first time, but it might be his last. The mother of the kidnapped child does not play by Kevin's rules like all the others. Kevin tries to gain control of this kidnapping gone way wrong. The kidnapped girl is played by the same girl in the SciFi channel series Taken.	8
Windtalkers	Action / War	Lots of action. Keeps your attention. Good storyline. Nicolas Cage struggles with not knowing if he can "protect the code" at all cost. Which means protecting his assigned Indian Code Talker.	5.5
XXX	Action	Vin Diesel plays a convict hired by Samuel Jackson to be a secret agent. Fun version of James Bond. Vin plays the part well, and keeps you entertained. A few good stunts also.	5.5
